Preparation of Ocean Harvested Sea Moss
Ingredients:
ALKALINE OR SPRING WATER
1 oz. RAW St. Lucian Ocean Farmed Sea Moss
- In large bowl or sink : rinse off the Seamoss with spring or alkaline water.
- Place rinsed Sea Moss in large bowl and add 1-2 cups of Alkaline or Spring Water
- Let stand overnight for 5-12 hours
- Put in blender and blend till smooth into a gel (about 3 minutes)
- Place gel in a 12 oz.mason jar, shut tight and place in a refrigerator
- Lasts about 1 month in the refrigerator or frozen about 3 months
Preparation of Sea Moss Powder
Ingredients:
1⁄4 TEASPOON OF ST LUCIAN SEA MOSS POWDER
2-3 CUPS ALKALINE OR SPRING WATER (adjust water to required hickness/viscosity)
- Pour water luke warm/ room temperature into blender
- Add 1⁄4 oz Teaspoon to water (add more powder to desired thickness/viscosity)
- Blend for four minutes
- Pour into a 12-16 Mason Jar refrigerate or freeze
